Back in Bama

Well, I am here again! Of course, I will be at training for the next few weeks, so I don't think I will be updating the blog much. I will try to post something on the weekends, if possible.

Other than that, I am just happy that I survived the drive and umpacking yesterday. I crashed last night and I didn't want to get up this morning!

Tomorrow is my father's 62nd birthday! Always on the big CINCO DE MAYO!
Happy Birthday, dad!

Job Update

Well, he officially offered the job to me this morning. Yes, there was another interview (#5). So, I begin training in Atlanta on Monday! I am very excited.

Also, I am trying to get things together to bring home tomorrow. I have so much stuff I want to try to fit into my car. I am not looking forward to that! Still, it is best if I can bring home most of my stuff now. That way, I just have a few boxes and the furniture to handle later.

The last couple of days have been "feel good" days for the most part because some of my former students and current students have come by to say goodbye. Yet, all of this is tempered with my panic over my Shakespeare final...which takes place in about two hours and 50 minutes. The death bell ringeth. (Is "ringeth" a word??? I got it from an episode of AbFab...god bless Eddie and Patsy.)
